Our Story
Gayndah Packers was established following the vision of local Gayndah and Mundubbera orchardists who, in the late 1960s, came together to improve productivity and profitability through shared resources and economies of scale. This collaboration led to the formal registration of Gayndah Packers Co-operative Association Limited in 1971, creating a strong foundation for quality citrus packing and marketing in the region.

Over the decades, the business has experienced periods of growth and challenge, reflecting the realities of agricultural markets. In 2014, Gayndah Packers transitioned from a co-operative to a privately owned entity, marking a new chapter focused on stability, reinvestment, and long-term sustainability. Today, Gayndah Packers continues to play a vital role in supporting local growers and the wider Gayndah community, with a clear focus on quality, resilience, and a strong future for generations to come.
